It was a nervous wait for Fyne fish after being voted finalists in 3 seperate catagories at the 2015 Cumbria life food & drink awards.

Proudly and a little unexpectedly we found ourselves in the final of 'Best specialist food retailer', 'Best newcomer' and also up for the 'Product innovation award'

The awards evening held at Kendal college was bursting at the seams with Cumbria's best Chefs, restraunters, brewers, and producers......and us !?

The evenings dinner was cooked and prepared by the year 1 students of Kendal catering division and was a truely magnificent treat.

So to cut along story short, Fyne fish beat Higginsons butchers ( Grange Over sands ) and the Moody Baker

( Alston ) and won the 'Best Specialist food retailer award ! ........ voted by Cumbria life readers, which makes all the hard work over the last 3 years every bit worthwhile ! Thank you !
